Hiking the Appalachian Trail
We started out from woody gap And are back heading northbound again will finish our day (after climbing blood mountain) at Neels gap for the evening. It’s approximately an 11 mile leg today and though we packed our big bags we’ll be happy to not need to camp out.
28.3 miles done, 2161.7 miles to go!
Finally at 66 and retired I get to exercise the demons of my scout envy from childhood, I missed out on the fun camping trips and hiking trips that all the boys scouts got to do, this is the log of my adventures up the Appalachian trail. View more posts
